Phillip was one cool cat for the whole time! He did really well with all that time in the car!

I love it when they play nice!

While I was starting my Spring Cleaning I grabbed out a game for the kids to play. I LOVE it when they play nice together! There was no hair pulling, no "I had it first!", no "MOM he took MINE!". It was nice peaceful cleaning time :)

Just an update and a fill in!

So, I have been MIA on the blog front for a bit. Things are just getting busy with the nice weather! Kevin has offically applied to the radiography program and is awaiting a response (which they say will be in May), Abby is doing wonderful and thriving with the homeschooling, Phillip is getting more intuitive by the day (I swear there is NOTHING this boy cant do.....NOTHING!), I am chugging along in school, but I am CERTAIN that I am not going to school this summer. I am in desperate need of at least a quater off.

Our apartment got flooded (as in ankle deep water) from our washing machine....again. The sensor that tells the machine to stop filling with water went out......again. Twice this is happen to us in the last year. But thankfully we live in an apartment and they got someone out to clean up the mess, and they replaced the washer :) It was a total pain, but I got a super clean (although it is less than a year old anyway!) carpet and a new washer.

Abby and Phillip both had a time with strep throat, Phillip had "pink eye". I am hoping (and praying with all my might!) that now with the warmer weather illness will be gone for a few months!

That is all for now I think, I will add more with pics as I find time!

I plan to start "Spring Cleaning" in the next few days and I will add before (Lord help me!) and after pics of the process!

Spring has sprung!

I am adoring the nice weather! I would like for it to be touch warmer...but oh well.

We tood the children to Fort Rapids Resort. There arent many picture of Abby because she took her best friend with her. Most all of the picture of Abby also have the other child in the pictures, and I dont want to plaster another persons child all over my blog in her bathingsuit :)

A love that is never ending.....

Phillip has been in love with the Vacuume for as long as he has been able to crawl.

For Christmas he recieved his very own.....

They have been linked since.



Two peas....one room...

Mama made hats!

I crochet some hats for the kids.

Abagael loved hers and since she had a hat, Phillip just wanted to wear it all the time so I made him one. Of course he doesnt wear it!

Music Time!!!!

Phillip has this Fisher Price cassette tape that he just adores! I however do not. The only time he gets to hear it is in the car, because that is the only place we have a tape player (ya know, 'cause our car is THAT old!).

Well I found this tape player at the thrift store for .90 and got it for him. Gave him my headphones and BOOM! Instant, happy child who was sitting completely still. This went on for about 2 days, I LOVED it! And then, the player started eating the tape. It was heartbreaking!

In loving memory....

Kevins uncle (favorite uncle)Tim passed away this afternoon. Kevin was able to spend some time with him in October and now he is very greatful for that time. For those of you who know Kevin, you know how dear musi is to his heart. His Uncle Tim is also very musical. He and Kevin are the only 2 people in the family who play and enjoy music to the fullest.

Kevin is very sad and lonely today. Tim has requested that his ashes be set to sea (he was in the Navy) so its my understanding that there will be no offical "service". Tims mother has now outlived her husband and 3 of her Children.

Tim passed from a heartattack at the prime age of 48.
