An educational trip

We were recently in Harrisburg, PA. and we we happened upon some very cool things.

They were hosting an Armed Forces day at a local park, so we stopped in.








There were having a chin up contest! I think it was suppose to be for adults, but the guys were awesome about letting the kids join in too!






Then we went to the National Civil War Museum

Like a duck takes to water.....

So does Phillip. He LOVES to play in the tub. I dont like to clean up the mess, so the compromise is to not fill the tub up with water, just let the water run. I know it wastes water, but I just dont care at this point :)








What good is a bath if you cant drink the water?

It's Da' Tootsee Roll!!!!!

I about died watching this in person!! OMG!!!! Kevin who has little knowledge of rap/hip hop music (he is white boy through and through!) was gettin' schooled by a friend of ours in how to do the Tootsee Roll!

Somethings just make life easier....

And I will share a few of mine here! These are items that make life for me just a bit easier!

I used to get my vacuume out twice a day! However, with this I can still clean up the floor a few times a day (and even the kids can use it!) and its a snap! Doesnt use energy at all, no plug, no batteries! Its all mama and kid power!

This is the perfect invention! Phillip no longer sits to pee...but NOT have the control to get that stream of his into the toilet 100% of the time. I dont like to clean up pee....and certainly not pee that has been drying on the floor for 3 days!
